Running, jumping, squatting and bending are movements in which the hip joint plays an important role. If the muscles around the hip do not work well, the hip joint may get overloaded and complaints arise in the muscles that subsequently have to work too hard. But most of the time it is not clear what causes the pain. Complaints which can be felt up to the knee, or complaints to the left / right buttock muscle can be forthcoming from the lower back.
