Sten Hofstad, together with a large team of developers, has set up MijnOefening in recent years. Exercises and advices can easily be sent to the patients via the MijnOefening online platform. Physiotherapists, exercise therapists and chiropractors in the Netherlands and Belgium use this. MoveWell naturally uses My Exercise. This way you can do your exercises at home and track your progress via the computer or app.

The name MoveWell did not just come about. While setting up our software MijnOefening (MyExercise), the slogan MoveWell Feel Better came about! We took this slogan with us and used it as the practice name. Optimal mobility is the key to recovery. We couldn’t think of a more positive name and solution for your complaints!
